Clos Henri, Petit Clos Pinot Noir 2020

Clos Henri was founded by the team at Henri Bourgeois, one of the best producers in Sancerre, France. Now plying their trade in Marlborough, New Zealand, the Bourgeois family represents some of the most knowledgeable and award-winning organic farmers of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir on the planet. Made from some of the vineyard's younger vines, Petit Clos Pinot Noir 2020 is nevertheless full of all the expression and flavour expected from great Marlborough Pinot Noir. Notes of freshly squeezed cherries and plums are present on the nose along with flavours of dark red fruits and liquorice. Expressive and concentrated, the lively palate has notes of cherry and juicy plum which is all bounded together with firm, textural tannins.
